COVID-19 Poster is a Mandatory Requirement

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act Notice (FFCRA Notice), has been released to communicate updated paid sick, family, and medical leave, detailed by the H.R.6201 The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act). The notice addresses:

Eligible Employees
Qualifying Reasons for Leave Related to COVID-19
Enforcement

Requirement to post this new workplace notice applies to businesses with fewer than 500 employees. However, we encourage all businesses to share this poster to better educate and support their employees.
